Accountability

Team members are required to document all aspects of a project. From pre-construction to the final walkthrough.

Daily job site analysis forms are kept on file to track crew-related tasks, safety hazards, and what prevention measures to undergo keeping everyone accountable and on track with the project schedule.

Clients are assigned a project manager to communicate with throughout the duration of each project.
